Steve's Barbeque Sauce
(If you like Sweet Baby Ray's, you'll LOVE this!)

2 cups ketchup
1 cup dark molasses
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp mace
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over low heat.

Apply sauce at last 1/2 hour of cooking and be sure to
cook on indirect heat, so you don't burn the sauce.
