Reuben Sandwich 1 lb. Sauerkraut 2 tbs. Thousand Island Dressing 8 slices Rye Bread 1 lb. Corned beef (sliced thin) 4 slices Swiss cheese Butter ------------------------------------------ Spread butter on four slices of Rye bread. Drain, but do not rinse, sauerkraut and combine with dressing. Top four slices of bread with sauerkraut mixture followed by 4 oz. of corned beef and one slice of swiss cheese. Close with second slice of bread spread with butter. Grill on both sides until cheese melts. Serve hot!
